Ingredients

  • 490 g plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 75 g strawberries, sliced
  • 75 g blueberries

Method

  1. Mix yoghurt, syrup and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Line baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Pour yoghurt mixture onto baking tray.
  4. Sprinkle fresh fruit on top.
  5. Freeze for 3 hours.
  6. Enjoy after freezing!
