How do I change or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription at any time in your self-service portal in your account: Login here
To log in, enter the email address you used for your subscription order. We will send you a secure login link. You do not need a password. The portal is available once your first subscription order has been placed.
In the portal you can:
- Change the date of your next delivery
- Skip or pause a delivery
- Change your delivery frequency (available frequencies depend on the pack size)
- Add, remove or change products
- Update your payment details
- Update your delivery address
- Cancel your subscription
Cancellation terms
- Flexible plans (monthly or every 3 months): cancel at any time. Orders that have already been processed will still be delivered.
- 12-month plans: these run for 12 months from your first order. After that, you can cancel at any time, and you keep your subscription discount for as long as your subscription continues. Cancel notice can be given at any time and takes effect at the end of the 12-month term.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay for your subscription with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, iDEAL & Bancontact. Your subscription is charged for each delivery, using the payment method you chose at checkout. You can change your payment method in the self-service portal.
What does shipping cost for subscription deliveries?
Shipping for subscription deliveries costs the same as for regular orders. The costs and the free-shipping threshold depend on your country. You can find all the details in our shipping policy.
Does the volume discount still apply?
Yes. The volume discount applies to both subscription products and one-time purchases. In an order with both, the total order value counts towards the threshold, but the volume discount is only applied to your subscription products. One-time products only receive a volume discount when they reach the threshold on their own.
Can I order one-time products and a subscription together?
Yes. You pay once at checkout and receive one package. Only the subscription product is delivered again automatically.
